How does shipping work?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €5 will apply. Please note that for especially unusual or bulky orders, different shipping charges may apply, and we would contact you in such a case.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 14 business days on average. We always aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. However, since we use third-party delivery services, unforeseen situations on their end might occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

How can I return items if they don't fit or I've changed my mind?

If you'd like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it to make a request. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To start the return process, please email us at contacts@matters.amsterdam. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item, minus the cost of return shipping (the fee for the delivery service). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologise if this happens! Please contact us immediately at contacts@matters.amsterdam with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
